WE got our first snow of 2010. Maddie had the day off from school and she got up and looked out the window and saw the snow. She came running into our room and asked if she could get dressed to go play in it. Kenzie got up and wanted to go out in it too. So I got them all dressed, that takes a long time to by the way. They would have stayed outside all day if it was not so cold and I didnt make them come in. They play on their side out back and then would make snow angels and throw snow balls at each other. I made them come in and had hot chocolate ready for them and the loved it. They called daddy to ask if he would take them sledding but the only was that we didnt have any sleds and the stores were out. But we found some the next day and took them sledding and they loved it.

Maddies school had a Christmas program!! It was so cute, they did 11 different songs. Mitch and i had a bet that she would not get up there and sing with everyone watching her. But she showed us and got right up there and had a blast singing with her class. I was so cute to watch them all.

Christmas Time

Christmas time is always a busy time for us. We have a lot of christmas parties to go to. This year I had christmas eve for my family, it was a lot of fun. I even started something new with the kids this, we made cookies for santa and on christmas eve they got open up their pjs.We started out with christmas with some of our friends that live around us. I cooked dinner for everyone that night. We had christmas with Mitchs mom side of the family, then our next party, was with his mom and Scott. After a day off we then start a very crazy week we had a party at grandma Margies, then on to Mitch's dads and Pam's house, then Christmas eve at my house and then christmas day we went out to Jason's house and then to end the day at my brothers. We had some much stuff that we had to redo the girls closets to make room for all the new toys.

Halloween

Halloween time, Maddie had a party at school, she got to dress up and eat candy and play games and other fun things!! Then on Halloween we had to make our rounds-haha!! We started out by going to Mitch's moms and then on to my dad's house and then we made it out to Aunt Sissy's house to take the girl trick or treating and they had a ball with that. They would not let me walk them up the door, I had to stay in the street and watch them. It was so cute.

One Year Annivesary

September 27th, 2009 was our one year annivesary. We made it!!!! It was an awesome year for us. I cant wait for many more with my hubby. He is so wonderful to us and and would do anything for us. I thank him everyday for letting me be able to stay at home and raise the girls. I love you very much Mitch and could not have a better husband then you!!!!

Maddie Starts Preschool

Last August Maddie started preschool at St. Pauls school, we love it there and really like her teacher. She is doing very well in school and has even made a best friend too. Mitch gets to take her in the mornings with breaks my heart as she just walks out the door saying bye mommy I love you and I will see you when you come get me. She is growing up to fast for me. She is in school from 8:30 till 11 and I get to go get her and that is one of Kenzie favor times to. I will ask her what she did for school that day and she said I dont know mommy, but when Mitch gets home he will talk to her about her and she will tell him everything.

Welcome To Our Family Blog!

I know i have started this later then what a lot of people start theirs, but my good friend said it would be a good thing for me to for the girls, just because I don't always have time to get out the baby book or print pictures that night and add them to their books for them,so I'm hoping that this is going to help me out. I'm very lucky to be a stay at home mommy with my little girls, which they are growing up to fast for me. Madison will be 5 in April and Mackenzie will be 4 in June.
